Bar Packages:

One Preston has a range of options for your in house bar selections! Let us take the load off your plate so you don’t have to worry about running out, setting up, or taking anything home at the end of the night.

Bar Staff - Security Officers & Bartenders:

Our in-house TABC certified staff will manage your bar and keep your guests partying throughout the night while our security team is on property to keep everyone safe and having fun. **Both are required if alcohol is served at your event

Coordination & Planning Services:

Our in-house planning team can help support you in a multitude of ways! Check our all of our planning packages to help take the stress off of you on your big day!

  • Day of Assistant: Extra set of hands to help with all the final touches like decor set up, etc.

  • Month of Coordination: Assist in vendor management and communication starting 45 days prior to your event! They are also on property for your event day with an assistant to help with all the final details!

  • Partial Planning: Assist in finalizing vendors, creating a planning to do list, managing your vendors, and more starting 6 months prior to your event! They are also on property for your event day with an assistant to help with all the final details!

  • Full Planning: Assist in finalizing vendors, creating a planning to do list, managing your vendors, and more starting up to 18 months prior to your event! They are also on property for your event day with an assistant to help with all the final details!

Catering Staff - Servers & Bussers:

Our certified service staff can help assist your caterer; you can hire our team to help set up your buffet, serve your buffet, and bus tables!

Rental Decor & Design Services:

Our in house rental decor selection has everything from signage, backdrops, lighting, and more!

Our wide range of rentals are available to the public without having to book an event at our venues! 
From linens and center pieces to decorative mobile bar fronts and donut walls — we have anything you could need for your upcoming event.

If you book your event with us, all of these rentals are available to you with no additional delivery/set up fees. And if you are hosting your event elsewhere, we can help provide everything to make your event a success!
