**All non-preferred vendors MUST be pre-approved by One Preston and follow all of our vendor policies. If you choose to use a non-preferred vendor, you must supply us with their vendor insurance OR supply your own event insurance. If a vendor has not been on our property before, we request that they set up a vendor consult prior to event day to ensure they follow our vendor poliices.
