At One Preston Event Venues, we've created a unique, fully customized event complex to fit all your needs.
Our spaces are perfect for rustic, country, or vintage weddings, corporate events, special events, and much more. 

Two out of our three venues are officially open! The Carriage House and the Chapel are complete with beautiful exteriors and breathtaking interiors that are perfect for any wedding or special event. From barnyard style doors to custom chandeliers — our venues are truly unique. Stay tuned for updates to come on our third venue, the Victorian Estate.

 

2018 Grand Opening Amenities Include:

Choice of tables (Round and Rectangle), Gold Chivari Chairs and/or White garden chairs, choice of linens, dedicated venue coordinator, Bridal and Groom suites with private bathrooms, unlimited planning and photo sessions, setup and take down of floor plan, rehearsal time, full use of our A/V Suite, FREE item from our rental catalog, and much more.

The Carriage House

The Classic white carriage house will leave you speechless. It's a gorgeous space with vaulted ceilings, large windows and barn doors overlooking our acres of lush landscaping. The perfect setting for your special day. We can host 420+ guests comfortably with elegance and ease.

The Country Chapel

Elegant, charming, and magical. Our chapel is the perfect place to say your I do's! The beautiful touches of classic design and modern convenience make our Chapel unlike anything you've seen. With seating for 200+ guests, all your guests will be able to see you walk down the aisle.

The Victorian Estate

Our charming Victorian Estate is the perfect space for birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events and much more. Comfortably seating 125+ guests with a full media suite that is ready to support your meetings, retreats, and events.

*Booking one of our venues includes free use of our chapel. If you would like to book just the Chapel itself,
it will be at an hourly rate with a 2 hour minimum.
